How can I download programs on my mobile device?

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email containing access to the Download Page within 15 minutes. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Trash or Spam folder as it may have been mistakenly categorized.

To access the program on your iPhone or Android device, follow these steps:

• Click/open the link to the program's Download Page.
• You can scroll down the Download Page to see the program's component videos or play the embedded videos. 

To download a video copy for offline viewing using the Vimeo App, follow these steps:

• Install the Vimeo application from your device's app store. The Vimeo App is available for both iPhone and Android devices.
  • For iPhone users: You can download the Vimeo App from the Apple App Store. Please note that the application is free to download. Vimeo App on the Apple App Store

• For Android users: You can download the Vimeo App from the Google Play Store. The application is available for free. Vimeo App on the Google Play Store

• Download the video component on the program's Download Page by clicking on "CLICK HERE" under each video. You will be redirected to the Vimeo App, where it will request a password. The password is available in the description of the video. Copy and enter the password into the password field.

• Download the Video: While the video is playing, look for the download icon. It's usually located somewhere on the video player interface. The download icon typically resembles a downward-facing arrow or a cloud with an arrow pointing downwards. Tap on this icon to initiate the download process. For iPhone users, once you can view the videos on Vimeo App, save the video to your Camera Roll by clicking on the three dots just below the video frame. 

• Choose Download Quality (if applicable): Depending on the video, you may have the option to choose the download quality. Select your preferred quality from the available options (e.g., standard definition, high definition).
